The STAR Workplace & Trustmark Registry is open to all employers with ten or more full or part-time employees. It is non-competitive, except against established standards of
both high performance and workplace excellence.
Companies undergo a comprehensive ORG360 process in order to receive a STAR Trustmark. A STAR Workplace must demonstrate outstanding commitment to listening to their marketplace, employees, and customers. These companies improve their competitive advantage through people practices that lead to successful outcomes.
Participating companies are assessed in the following areas:
- Trust in Senior Leaders
- People and management practices
- Service to others
- Open and honest communication between employees and managers
