The STAR Trustmark Program (1:25 video) is designed to recognize and celebrate the achievements of STAR employers as well as the dedicated staff that work within the company. What is Involved
1. Registration
You can enroll online directly above, fax or email this sign up form, or contact one of our trained members to help step you though the process. Either way it will only take a few minutes of your time.
2. Online ORG360
This is an anonymous research-based ORG360 to collect ideas for improvement and find out what your employees think about your company and workplace. In the report, you will receive both positive feedback to celebrate and constructive ideas to improve your company and workplace.
3. STAR Results Meeting
A (virtual) meeting to evaluate the STAR Workplace Report results will be conducted with you, the business owner or manager, by a skilled and trained partner. You will receive a STAR Trustmark if standards are met. You can build an action plan for the future based on the results of your Select360 Report.
